head new Chattanooga operation from Ooltewah:
Irrigation Works is reopening its new office this
spring, after having scuttled the location during
the downturn. Our new approach centers around
developing long term service relationships; as opposed
to an emphasis on selling new projects, although that
remains a component. Irrigation Works has built over
145 systems in the Chattanooga since 2003.

4/9/2011 Irrigation Works nears completion of new inventory control system. The system allows us to accurately determine the available PVC components in stock by weight. Information on other primary sprinkler components will be available at a glance. The creation of pull-ready packs of specific components for specific types of service will help to ensure the part for your projects service visit is on hand when we arrive. Currently we're about three quarters of the way through new billing codes for most all of our components, linking this into our new billing system and standardizing these codes in the field for ease in accountability of products used during calls and the accurate transfer of this information into billing and inventory.
